Is Bettermode an AI-first platform?
What is available through the API/webhooks? I read through the API reference but it wasn't clear to me.
If we used Bettermode for Community, we'd want to be able to export any data, such as full conversations and answers to help train support AI models, etc.
Can someone provide some context on this?
