I raised this as a ticket with the Bettermode support but for almost 2 weeks now I'm getting "our technical team is looking into it" answer. Seeking the community help hoping that any of the users have resolved this already.
So, our sitemap that is generated automatically by Bettermode, contains errors, that prevent Google from indexing the pages. At least half of the resources generated are not accessible and marked as "don't exist" by Google.
We already generated a sitemap manually and asked the Bettermode team to help us upload it to the root folder. But they're not coming through.
Have you ever encountered indexing issues like this with Bettermode? Have you managed to successfully resolved them? Appreciate any help.
