Workarounds and Custom Options

1. Embed SurveyMonkey Forms

You can embed any SurveyMonkey survey directly into your Bettermode community using an HTML block:

Go to: Design Studio > Collections and Spaces
Add or edit a space → Click on the plus(+) icon to add a block > Add HTML block
Paste in the SurveyMonkey embed code (iframe)

This is ideal for letting members fill out a survey within your community environment.

2. Link to Survey Pages

If you’d rather redirect users:

Use a Hero banner block with CTA linking directly to your hosted SurveyMonkey form
Use this in a prominent space (like a dashboard or announcement)

3. Automation via Zapier or Make.com

If you need to trigger actions between Bettermode and SurveyMonkey, consider using:

Zapier — SurveyMonkey supports triggers (e.g., “New Survey Response”) that you can use to automate tasks
While Bettermode doesn’t have a SurveyMonkey connector, you can still automate workflows like:
- Adding members to spaces based on survey answers
- Sending follow-ups or emails based on participation
