Hello Bettermode Community,
I encountered today a problem that I can't understand and I don't know why is happening. On our Community, on the Feed I have uploaded the same video in 2 formats:
Vertical
Horizontal
The horizontal one works perfect when we hit play on both Android and Apple, but on the vertical one a "/" appears on top the play button and doesn't work on Apple devices. We have also tried to open the community in another browser on Apple and it doesn't work.
Also for the vertical one that doesn't work in the email that we receive says this "Your browser does not support this element".
We have tried also different post types but it doesn't work. This only happens on the vertical video, on iphone, ipad, safari, chrome and PWA. We also deleted and uploaded the video again.
Does somebody k how's how to resolve this issues, or what am I doing wrong ?
