Jamie Langskov is a 15-year veteran of the community building profession, specializing in SaaS B2B communities within the tech industry.

She has spent most of her career working with tech industry giants like SAP and MongoDB to build the world’s leading developer communities and today she is a leading voice and practitioner in the space.

Jamie is passionate about inclusivity and equity; and she seeks to build her business to improve access to the opportunities, resources, knowledge, and support that are necessary for economic independence and success. She is a proud and vocal advocate of equal human rights for all, with deep dedication to the causes of women, neurodivergent people, queer folk, and people of color.

Jamie is the host of the Community Unlocked podcast, alongside cohost, coach and consultant, Laura Holmes. Together, the team brings on guests from outside the community world to explore the shared language, practices, and rituals that build mutually beneficial bridges between business, society, culture, and community.

Jamie is also a mentor in the TechStars Anywhere startup accelerator and an advisor to the tech startup, Talkbase. She is an active board member for the Community Consultant’s Collective and a volunteer for her kids’ local Scouts BSA troop.

She lives in rural Central Oregon with her husband, three daughters, four dogs, and several cats on an 11-acre chicken farm, where they raise chickens and try to spend time appreciating the outdoors. Someday, she hopes to have tiny goats. And maybe a horse or two.
