Now your community members are empowered to keep the community safe by reporting the posts and other members that don’t adhere to the community guidelines.
When a member submits the report, they will choose the reason for reporting — could be anything from spam content and hate speech to harmful activities and misinformation.
Once the report is submitted, the post/member will be sent to the moderation panel so that the community moderators can take necessary action. For instance, they can edit or delete the post and in the case of members, they can suspend or remove the member.
Another key benefit of this feature is that if the community has been embedded into a mobile app, it will be able to meet the requirements for user-generated content (UGC) on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
