Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your company. You will connect with your account manager to find a solution that works for you.
What are my payment options?
Customers on Advanced plan can pay via credit card. For Enterprise accounts, we can issue an annual invoice with payment via PO and/or ACH, or wire. Please contact sales team for more information.
Where is the community data stored physically?
Bettermode stores data in data centers located in the United States. Enterprise customers have the option to select data centers in Germany.
What type of professional services are available to Enterprise customers?
