Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is an integral part of the Subscription Agreement between Bettermode Inc. ("Bettermode") and the Customer, as outlined in the Terms of Service.

The following applies for Lite, Pro and Business subscriptions only. Please talk to a representative if you’re on a legacy or Enterprise plan.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Customers subscribed to a monthly plan are eligible for a full refund if they request cancellation within three days of the subscription start date or the beginning of their billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Customers with yearly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if they request cancellation within 30 days of their subscription start date or the beginning of their billing cycle.

The eligibility criteria above also apply to any in-app purchase, including add-ons, apps, integrations, or additional usage, also known as resources.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, customers must contact Bettermode through the customer support chat or at [email protected] within the eligible time frame, providing their account details and the reason for the refund request.

Processing of Refunds

Upon receiving a refund request, Bettermode will process the refund as soon as possible. After it is issued, the refund will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Effects of Termination

After the refund is processed and the subscription is terminated:

  • Plan: the site will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately.

  • App or Add-on: The item will become unavailable. If there is overuse of add-ons, some add-on cancellations might result in the site becoming unpublished.

All rights granted to the customer under the Agreement will cease.
