How to contact the Bettermode Team

Do you need assistance? This article explains how to contact the Bettermode Team based on the type of inquiry that you have.

Note: If you have a Community Success Manager please contact them directly for assistance.

Questions or Issues with the Bettermode platform

If you have questions about Bettermode's product or service, please:

  • post in the Support if you have how-to questions about your Betermode community.

  • or post in Wishlist if you would like to make a suggestion on a new feature or app for the Bettermode Platform.

When posting in the Support or Wishlist Space, please follow these guidelines:

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue or concern and include an appropriate post title, a thoughtful description, and include supplementary visual assets such as screenshots or a screen recording.

  • If your question has been posted before, we encourage you to share your reply or ask additional questions within the existing thread.

Contact Support

If you need assistance with issues relating to your site or need to share sensitive information with the Bettermode Team (for example: need to share app credentials or personal information), please contact the Support Team directly through the "Contact Bettermode" modal or email us directly at [email protected].

  1. Go to app.bettermode.com and click on your project to log in.

  2. Click on the profile picture and select administration.

  3. Navigate to your profile image on the bottom of the left sidebar.

  4. Click "Contact Bettermode"

  5. The contact modal will pop up and you can start a conversation with the support team.


Grant Temporary Access to Bettermode Support team

If you're reporting an issue, enabling support access is the fastest way for us to investigate and help you resolve it.

You can grant the Bettermode team temporary access to your community, allowing us to review your setup and experience issues directly without relying on multiple back-and-forth messages.

What this enables

  • Access your community as a specific member

  • View the exact experience, permissions, and visibility

  • Reproduce issues in real time

Why is this helpful

  • Faster and more accurate troubleshooting

  • Reduced back-and-forth questions

  • Better understanding of your setup and configuration

How to enable support access

  1. Go to Menu → Account Settings

  2. Scroll down to Support Access

  3. Click Allow Access

Once enabled, the button will change to Revoke Access, which you can use at any time to remove access.

You remain in full control; access can be revoked at any time once your issue has been resolved.
