Why is my site unpublished?

If your site goes unpublished and is only accessible to admins, it's likely because your usage has exceeded the plan limits. To resolve this, check the Service Usage page to identify which resource limit has been surpassed and purchase additional usage accordingly.

Can I only purchase additional usage to publish my site?

Purchasing additional usage requires an active paid subscription plan. Without one, you'll need to upgrade to publish your site if your usage has exceeded the Free plan limits.

Is Purchasing Smaller Quantities of Add-Ons Possible?

No. Our add-ons come in specific packs to best fit your needs:

  • Spaces are available in packs of 10.

  • CMS collections come in packs of 5.

  • Storage options start at 1 TB packs.

  • Visitor add-ons are available in increments of 500,000.

How much does Bettermode cost?

What are the accepted payment methods?

For seamless transactions, we accept credit cards through our secure, Stripe-powered billing system. Enterprise plans may offer additional payment options.

How can I switch the billing cycle?

  • Monthly to Annual: Easily switch via your Administration page > Billing > Update plan. Select yearly, choose your plan, and switch to annual billing for immediate invoicing and account credit for unused monthly time.

  • Annual to Monthly: Similarly, switch to a monthly subscription through the Administration page, with immediate invoicing and account credit for unused annual time. Note: Account balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Are there special pricing plans?

Bettermode does not offer dedicated pricing plans for non-profits or educational purposes.

What should I do if I encounter an error during the payment process?

If payment issues arise, contacting your credit card issuing bank is the best action.

Is it possible to pause my subscription instead of cancelling it?

Currently, pausing your subscription is impossible; cancellation is the only option.

How are add-ons and additional usage billed if added mid-cycle?

Add-ons and extra usage purchased mid-cycle are pro-rated and billed immediately to ensure seamless service integration.
