Cancelling a subscription is a straightforward process.
How to cancel
Access the Administration panel > Billing > Summary and choose Cancel Subscription.
Effects of cancellation
Your site remains active until the end of the billing cycle, then becomes unpublished (admins-only). Please note that cancelling your plan also means cancelling any add-on subscriptions you might have.
