Cancel a subscription
Cancelling a subscription is a straightforward process.
How to cancel your subscription
Go to Administration panel
Select Billing
Open Summary
Click Cancel Subscription
What happens after cancellation
After you cancel:
Your site remains active through the end of your current billing cycle
At the end of the billing cycle, your site transitions to admin-only mode (only administrators can access it)
Any add-on subscriptions you have are also cancelled
Cancelling legacy plans
If you subscribe to one of our legacy plans, email [email protected] to cancel. Our billing team will assist you.
