The Members block displays a customizable list of members. You can configure multiple views to filter members by different criteria, source members from specific spaces or your entire site, and apply filters based on member profile fields.
Configuration options
The Members block supports the following configuration:
- Block title
- Block description
- Heading action (add a hyperlinked call-to-action that directs members to any URL)
- Views (create multiple tabs to filter member lists by different criteria)
- Name view
- Source (pull members from your entire site or a specific space)
- Filters (narrow results by member profile fields)
- Inline filters (allow viewers to filter members dynamically)
- Sort order (Alphabetic, Oldest first, or Newest first)
- Display style (List, Card, Carousel, or Gallery)
- Number of members displayed per page
- "Show more" toggle (enable or disable pagination)
- Style-specific options (based on your chosen display format)
- Field visibility (control which member information is visible)
- Field order (drag and drop to reorder information; fields with a lock icon cannot be moved)
Adding the Members block to a space
- Navigate to the space where you want to add the Members block.
- Press "C" to open the design studio.
- Hover over any container block in the space.
- Select "Add block" from the container menu.
- Select "Members block" from the block list.
