Hi Pedro,

At the moment, Bettermode does not support direct member account creation via the admin panel without triggering the standard invite flow. New members can only be added through:

Email invitations, which require users to accept and complete onboarding
Self-registration, if your community is public or uses a sign-up token
SSO or API-based provisioning, which allows seamless account creation without manual invite acceptance (more below)

If You Want to Skip Manual Invite Acceptance

There are two supported approaches:

1. SSO (Single Sign-On)

If you use OAuth2 (Pro + SSO Add-on) or JWT (Enterprise), you can:

Automatically create user accounts when they authenticate through your identity provider.
Skip manual invites entirely; the user is logged in and provisioned on first access.

This is the most seamless way to onboard users without interaction.

2. GraphQL API (Programmatic account creation)

With the API Add-on enabled, you can use the createMember mutation to:

Automatically create accounts behind the scenes.
Supply custom fields, group assignments, and roles
Use this in onboarding scripts, migration flows, or third-party integrations.

CSV Import / Bulk Upload

We currently do not support CSV import or direct member creation from the admin panel. All onboarding must go through an invite, self-join, SSO, or API-based process.
