Bettermode doesn’t currently have a built-in approval process for new members before they gain access. However, here are some ways to manage this:

Invite-Only Community – You can set your community to \"Invite Only,\" ensuring that only users who receive an invitation can join. This gives you full control over who gets access.
Using Private Spaces – Keep your community public but restrict access to key spaces, manually adding approved members to those spaces. Check out this article about: creating spaces and adjusting space settings.
SSO (Single Sign-On) Control – If you're using SSO, you can manage approvals externally before granting access.
Third-Party Automations – Use Zapier or Make.com to trigger an approval process before assigning roles or spaces.
