At the moment, Bettermode does not support applying different moderation actions within the same trigger type (e.g., one keyword being flagged silently while another is fully blocked). The moderation settings under Administration > Settings > Moderation apply globally per trigger category:

Monitored content (keywords, phrases)
Watched members
Account age-based moderation

So when a post matches a trigger, such as containing a monitored word, the system applies the same action across the board: either \"Publish but flagged for review\" or \"Block and hold for admin approval,\" depending on what you’ve selected.

That said, a helpful workaround for more granular control is to use space-level moderation. You can enable stricter review rules for certain spaces (like requiring admin approval before posts go live) while keeping other spaces more open. This allows you to route specific content types to different moderation flows by assigning them to the right space.
