I am using bettermode to build a community for a client in the Concussion Management space. They are building a concussion management community that consists of practitioners and clients. Your tool looks like the right fit, however there is one use case I need to understand if we can get it to work.
My question is regarding user roles and their access levels. We are looking to buy a subscription, but we need to confirm that this will work for our use case. There are 4 different roles: Member, Admin, Moderator, and Space Admin.
Is there a way to add a custom role? We have two sets of Members, (1) Practitioners and (2) Clients. However, Practitioners and Clients need to have different access to Spaces and content.
If practitioners are 'Member' roles, they would need to share a space with a 'Client', exercises for therapy, but that 'Client' can't be a Member. They need a custom role to view only the Space that includes the 'exercise library' not all of the other 'Spaces' the 'Member' role sees.
Please advise how we can handle this.
