Checking your Email Logs and Invitations list, it appears that invitations are sent successfully.

If the recipient hasn't received it, it may have been filtered into spam or blocked by their email provider. Since this is likely their first time receiving an email from your domain or site, their provider might have flagged it.

Here’s what they can do to resolve it:

Check Spam or Junk Folder – If found there, they should mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails arrive in the inbox.
Allowlist the Sender Email – Adding your notification email to their allowlist or trusted senders can help prevent filtering.
Check with their IT or Email Provider – Some company domains have strict security settings that may block external emails. They can check with their IT team to see if emails from your sender address are being held in quarantine or blocked.
Try Resending the Email – If needed, you can trigger another verification email to see if it comes through.
Manually Verify the Email (Admin Step) – If the email still hasn’t been received, you can manually verify the member’s email from the admin panel:
• Go to Menu > Administration > Members
• Look for the member with an unverified email
• Scroll to the far right of the page
• Click on the three-dot (⋯) menu
• Select Verify email address
