We are currently managing a community on the BetterMode platform and are looking to enhance our notification system to better engage our members.
Specifically, I would like to know if there are ways to:
1. Send Alerts for Upcoming Events: Is it possible to set up notifications that automatically alert members when an event they are interested in is happening soon? For example, a reminder a day before or an hour before the event starts.
2. Receive Updates When Following Content: Can we customize notifications so that members who follow or react to specific content (such as events, posts, or discussions) receive timely updates when there are new developments or comments related to that content?
If these features are not available natively, are there any recommended workarounds, third-party integrations, or custom scripts that could help achieve this functionality?
We are keen to ensure our members stay informed and engaged with the content and events they care about, and any guidance this community can provide would be greatly appreciated.
