I almost rendered my Home page unusable when I deleted both containers underneath the top container, and realized that when I hover my mouse over the top container, there is no plus "+" or cog option to re-add elements or paste blocks.
Fortunately, I had not saved changes so I was able to click the back arrow and dismiss changes.
This feels like a bug because if I had saved the changes, there would be no way for me to add any elements to the page.
