Hi BM team and everyone else, I believe communities are great and have their place, but it would be a good idea to make contacting the company via email etc a bit easier. I find many companies hide contact details; I am assuming to reduce cost.
I have some account related issues that I need to have resolved and as it's a complicated issue, I am hoping I can just email support and have the BM team look at it. Plus I don't want to put account related stuff in the public space.
So, I would be grateful if someone could pm me an email address or a link to a form to contact BM support.
