Currently, Bettermode does not offer a built-in feature for publishing your community as a standalone app on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. However, here are some available options:

1. Use Bettermode’s Progressive Web App (PWA)

Bettermode fully supports PWA (Progressive Web App) functionality, allowing users to install the community on their devices like a native app.
This works on both iOS and Android and provides an app-like experience without requiring app store approval.
To install the community as a PWA, users can add it to their home screen from their mobile browser.

2. Embedding Bettermode in an Existing Mobile App

If you have your own mobile app, you can embed Bettermode using an iframe or integrate it via our API. You can explore these options in our Developers Guide.

For inspiration, here’s a case study of a community that successfully integrated Bettermode into their mobile app.
This allows your app users to access the community without needing to leave your mobile app environment.

3. Custom API Integration (For Developers)

If you need deeper integration, you can use Bettermode’s GraphQL API to fetch and display community content inside your app.
This requires development work and is outside Bettermode’s support scope, but it allows for more customization.

Important Note:
Bettermode does not manage app submissions to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. If you decide to embed or integrate your community into an existing mobile app, you’ll need to handle the app store requirements independently.
