My team is setting up a dedicated product space within our community. This space will include various post types, but two are key and exclusive for users:
Post question
Idea post
We want to streamline our workflow by creating Freshdesk tickets directly from these key post types. Ideally, when a user submits a post question or idea post, a corresponding ticket would be automatically generated in Freshdesk.
We've already explored using Zapier for this integration, but unfortunately, the available option only creates tickets for all posts within a space, not for specific post types.
Is there a way to achieve our goal using a more advanced Zapier configuration? Perhaps there are alternative solutions you can recommend for creating Freshdesk tickets specifically from our designated question and idea post types within the community?
