I've been having these two bugs when editing headlines in element blocks for the past couple months:
1) Typing in a eyebrow headline (or headline) is causing a strange typing lag. Some days it's worse than others and I have to wait 2 seconds after every key stroke. Other days it's a bit more stable, but misses letters if I type at normal speed.
2) Trying to edit mid text forces my 'text cursor (caret?) to the end of the line, instead of the area I select. Bit strange!
Please see the video to see what I mean. This does not happen in rich text blocks, seems to be in all headline related text inputs in the customiser.
I edit lots of these headlines every day, and although it's a small thing it's becoming a bit of a pain to not have text boxes work smoothly.
I'm also building out a browser automation using Axiom to automate these daily updates, and this service also has the same issues as above when executing 'add text' scripts.
My browser doesn't lag anywhere else and my computer isn't 'maxed out' so to speak.
