Hello, I've recently bought an add on for a custom 'from' e-mail adress, but I'm bleeding lots of new accounts because the verification e-mail is going to the spam box. This is not an isolated issue, all the e-mail we've sent so far are going to the spam box. See below:
According to the Bettermode logs, the e-mails were successfully delivered, but I'm not quite sure how to brief my IT team to solve this issue. Does anyone have an insight on how to config correctly the authentication process?
