I have a user that cannot get into my community. He has tested all major browsers. When the page loads he starts to see the initial loading of the webpage. Then he just gets the message: Something went wrong.
I had him send me a screenshot of the console errors. This has been going on for about a week for him. I have had him clear his cache and disable all browser extensions. That did not help.
