We are noticing email notification for messages behavior the last day that's beyond the behavior we've reported where notifications still come through to email when users have email notifications for messages toggled off.
The behavior is that a few, but not many of the total that should be, email notifications for messages are coming through as email notifications. The rest are somewhere on the sendgrid or in message setting configuration limbo. The behavior is happening on those of us who have email notifications for messages toggled on and those who have email notifications for messages toggled off.
Last time this happened it was an overall too many messages coming through all the Bettermode sites problem that was holding the messages until it could catch up after business hours. We'll see if that's the case here and keep tracking.
For now, any others experiencing email notifications coming through sporatically?
Also, smaller issue but maybe related is that the message notification is staying on even after the messages are read. It seems the page has to be refreshed possibly to clear that now?
