Anyone have any strategies for when they used the post type "discussions" vs. "questions" in their communities? Right now, the only difference I'm seeing is that you can mark questions as resolved/unresolved.
There will be times in our community where users may have specific questions - looking for answers. There will also be times where it may be a long conversation--yet that conversation could sprout resolution, still.
With that said, I also don't want people to be confused when trying to figure out what type of post to make (is it a question, or is it a discussion). It looks like you cannot change the post type once it is created (at least not yet!: https://bettermode.com/hub/community/wishlist/post/ability-to-migrate-post-type-6naEoFTRxBCOffF)
So, with all that said, what did you all consider when making the choice?
