Really like the look of Bettermode and started paying last month, have only subsequently realised that it takes some work from our developer to get it linked up to our site, and to get started. We have done the work our end, but not heard from Bettermode support, despite two emails.
It is taking such a long time to get this sorted and ahead of our biggest event yet, it's so important we get this working. My question is twofold;
is there another way to contact support other than the email address
is it worth it? - have you used it for large events and has it made it better for you as a company, and better for event attendees
