This is the second time I'm writing this as I don't know where my original post has gone? Is there a way for users to update their password when they're already logged in?
I have an ongoing support issue that I'm working with the Bettermode team to remedy but the TL;DR is that I have some members who are being blocked from submitting Bettermode forms, whether it's the one to actually create a new account, ask for a password reset link, or to submit a new password. I have manually created an account for these users with a generic password and sent a password reset link so they could secure there accounts but this hasn't worked either.
I wanted to see whether I could find a work around where I give the user the generic password and they change their password after they've logged in, but I can't see an option for this in my account.
We don't have SSO set up yet (and won't for a while) and due to confidentiality and how our clients email domains are set up, they don't want to use the Google or LinkedIn sign up options either. They need to create their own credentials.
