Currently, the "Add Members" in a space returns suggestions for members in a random sort order (order of join date, possibly?) and puts current members at the bottom of the list. It would be so much faster to find members if they'd be sorted in a logical order (alpha order is standard in most of the world, at least more standard than order of join date) and list the current members first, versus at the bottom of a long list.
