Add a community stats bar that displays:
Total number of topics, replies, and members
“Recently online” user avatars with hover tooltips
Optional: daily/weekly activity snapshots (e.g., “248 replies this week!”)
This bar could live at the top of the homepage, a sidebar, or even a widget block.
Why it matters:
Builds trust in community momentum
Encourages participation (“I’m not the only one here!”)
Helps new users feel part of something big
