Idea post type: make active upvotes more easily distinguishable

I noticed that when I browse your wishlist, I often accidentaly "de-upvote" an item I have already upvoted. I guess the contrast between upvote active vs. not active is not big enough. Could you discuss this with your UX team? Thanks!
