This enhancement to the Intercom app allows members to search for information within knowledge articles in Intercom, through the community search bar. This provides a unified way for members to search across all the information they need. As an admin, you can enable and configure the Intercom integration to enable searching for content from within Intercom knowledge articles, directly through your community. When a member clicks on a search result, they will be taken to the page hosted by Intercom. This feature is similar to our current Zendesk integration.
