You know how when you start a chat on any Intercom messenger widget, on any website that uses it, and when the person responds, the conversation is sent to your Email so you can then respond via email or optionally click a link to open the conversation in the Intercom chat window on the website? If you can do the same with Bettermode Private Messaging that would be awesome! So the work-flow goes like this:
I send another member a Private Message
They receive an email notification alerting them that they received a private message
In that email notification they can read the message and respond in one of two ways:
by replying to that email itself
or by clicking a link in the email that opens the private message window on the community.
So in this way, the entire conversation can remain in the email thread, but at any time they can jump into the private message on the community to converse there if they choose to.
