Search for members by other fields than name and email

Hello, I've just added a member search hero to our members directory on https://community.welcome-alliance.org/community-mitglieder

I tested it and figured that it only searches for name and email, but not the other profile fields, is that correct?

That would be an important feature for us as networking by topic, organization or jobtitles is a big need for our members.
