Any post over a certain character count (and/or max-height, to account for images) should be truncated by default so the user doesn't have to scroll through a wall of copy to get to the next post in the feed.
The screenshot below is an example of how our posts are showing up in the main activity feed. Ideally, all post images would be consolidated within a 1:3 grid or carousel at the top of the post, with no more than 1000 characters revealed before the text is truncated with the option to 'see more' which would reveal the rest of the text (stripping the images).
