Managing content on your site

Have a full view of all the Posts, Spaces, and Tags in your site. Admins can have a full view of all the Posts and Spaces inside the site. Admins can also narrow down the list using the available filters.

How admins can access the content management section

Log in with your Admin Account > Click on your Profile picture in the top-right > Select Administration > Click on the Content section > Click on Posts, Spaces, or Tags tab.

Managing Posts

Admins can manage all or specific posts in the Posts tab of the Content section.

  • View all posts or manage specific post types.

  • Add filters to refine the results of posts.

  • Perform bulk actions to posts such as move to space, hide, delete, add/remove tag, lock, change author, and change publish time.

  • Show or hide additional fields related to posts. Click on the Fields in the top-right and use the toggles to enable or disable the fields you would like to view.

❗Note: Click on the “Published At” field from the top menu to sort the results based on the creation time: Latest Posts or Oldest Posts.

To the very right of a post, click on the [...] in each row to get access to the following options:

  • View post

  • Edit post

  • Move post

  • Post analytics

  • Audit logs (Enterprise only)

  • Hide post

  • Delete post

  • Report post

Managing Spaces

On the Spaces tab, click on the [...] in each row to see the available options to manage a Space:

  • View Space

  • Settings

  • Add members

  • View members

  • Share

  • Moderation

  • Analytics

  • Audit logs (Enterprise only)

  • Customize

Managing Tags

Select the Tags tab in the Content section > Find the Tag that you would like to edit/remove > click on the [...] beside the Tag > click on Edit Tag/Remove tag Edit the Tag and click Update or click on Remove to delete the Tag.
