Move Posts to another Space
As an Admin or Moderator, you can move posts to another Space when members post content in the wrong location.
How to move a post
- Click the (…) menu in the top right of the post
- Click Move post
- Select the destination Space
- Check the checkbox if you want to notify members of the destination Space about this post
- Click the Move button
Important considerations
Post type availability
Moving a post is only possible if the original post type is enabled in the destination Space.
User access after moving
If you move a post from a Public Space to a Private Space where the author and participants are not members, they will lose access to the post unless they join the Private Space.
Notifications after moving
When you move a post, you control whether members of the destination Space receive a notification about it. Use the checkbox during the move process to set this preference.
Who can move posts
Only Admins and Moderators can move posts.
