Re-order Collections on the Left Sidebar
Collections allow you to organize multiple Spaces into categorized folders within the left sidebar. As an Admin, you can control the display order, visibility, and layout style of these Collections.
How to Organize Collection Order
- Log in with your admin account and navigate to Administration via your profile image in the top header
- In the left menu, select Design Studio, then open the Header and Sidebar tab
- Click the gear icon next to the Collection Menu to edit settings
- In the Collections Menu, you can:
- Change the View Style: Select between Simple or Collapsible layout
- Reorder Collections: Drag and drop Collections in the list to change their display order on the sidebar
- Show or Hide Collections: Toggle the visibility of each Collection on or off
- Click Save to apply your changes
