Suspending a member's account

Admins and Moderators can suspend a member's account to terminate their access to the site account temporarily or permanently.

❗ Note: You cannot suspend Admins and Moderators

How suspending a member works

• Only admins can suspend members.

• Admins can revoke suspension at any time.

• Once a member is suspended:

  • Their posts remain on the site as is.

  • They will be logged out from the site.

  • They won't be able to log in to the site.

  • They will be removed from the search results.

  • They won't receive any notifications from the site.

  • Still counts as a seat towards the plan limit.

How admins can suspend members

Admins can suspend members right from their profile page or from the Administration page.

1. Suspend member from profile page:

   1. Log in with your admin account

   2. Navigate to the member's profile page

   3. Click (...) on the top-right

   4. Select "Suspend member"

2. Suspend members from the administration page:

   1. Log in with your admin account

   2. Navigate to the Administration > People > Members

   3. Search for the member and click on the (...) in front of the user's row

   4. Select "Suspend member"

3. Bulk Suspending Members:

   • Log in with your admin account

   • Navigate to the Administration > People > Members

   • Use the "Add filter" to bulk-select members

   • Click the "Actions" for bulk-suspending all the selected members
