Analytics: What We've Improved and What's Coming Next

Following the launch of our new Administration Panel 2.0, we've also been working on our Analytics. The new admin experience set a new standard for how you manage your community, and now it's time to bring that same level of quality to the reports and insights you rely on every day.

Here's where we are and where we're headed.

Baseline Performance Improvements -> Shipped

We've already shipped the first batch of improvements to Analytics, enhancing the platform to establish a strong baseline performance. Reports are more reliable, more scalable, and more functional across the board. These are the kinds of upgrades you'll feel every time you open your dashboards: faster load times, smoother interactions, and a foundation that's built to handle whatever you throw at it.

Things are noticeably better, but we'll be the first to say it's not yet where we think it should be. And that's exactly why we're not stopping here.

Next-Level Performance -> Coming This Month

The second wave is actively being built and will roll out over the next month. This batch moves Analytics to the new version of our infrastructure platform, unlocking the next level of performance, a step change from the baseline we've just established.

Expect reports that are noticeably faster, sharper, and more responsive. We're on track and building fast.

On the Roadmap: A Complete Analytics Overhaul

Now, the big one. We're reimagining Analytics from the ground up.

The current reports section has served us well, but we know it can be so much more, more insightful, more actionable, and more tailored to the way you actually run your community. A completely new analytics experience is on our roadmap, and we're excited to build it.

But before we go heads-down, we want to hear from you. You're the ones in these dashboards every day, and nobody knows better what's missing, what's frustrating, and what would be game-changing.

Tell us: What metrics matter most to your community? What do you wish you could see on your dashboard that you can't today? What insights would actually change how you make decisions?

Drop your ideas, wishes, and must-haves in the comments below. We're reading every single one, and your input will directly shape what we build.
