We’ve been busy shipping new features to improve how you manage your community. Here is the latest product update in case you missed our recent announcements.
Today, I’m sharing an update on the improved Zapier integration. Zapier is one of the most popular apps in Bettermode’s App Store — community admins are using this integration to connect the community with other tools and automate workflows.
Based on the feedback and different use cases shared by customers, we worked on improving the integration and made our app officially available in Zapier’s app store. Here are the key changes:
In Zapier’s app store Bettermode app is directly available via search. There is no need to accept a private invitation from Bettermode.
The API key in Bettermode’s Zapier app is no longer hidden. Admins can generate a new API key to revoke the previous key.
It’s now possible to update both the standard and custom profile fields with Zapier.
Members can be searched using an email address from Zapier.
A new action has been introduced to check if a member has joined a particular Space.
The trigger for new posts from your community now has an action to include or exclude replies.
Now, HTML is supported when creating new posts.
Finally, this update fixes a number of bugs, improves the speed and stability of the integration.
