Zendesk is one of the most popular subscription-based tools for customer support. A knowledge base created with Zendesk plays a big role in customer self-service and improves the customer experience.

At the same time, your Bettermode community is also a valuable self-service resource center for your customers. They get access to help articles, discuss your product, and ask questions whenever they need any help.

So, what if there was a way to make the self-service experience even better by allowing customers to access your Zendesk knowledge base through your community search? Introducing Bettermode’s Zendesk integration!

Simply install the Zendesk app, connect your Zendesk account, and pick the Zendesk brand directly in the integration settings. Once this integration is enabled, the search result of your Bettermode community will display content from both your community and your Zendesk knowledge base.

Your community members can also simply filter the search results by clicking on the “knowledge base” tab. This is a great way for your customers to find what they need easily and make your customer support even better!

  • More configuration and control over the federated search feature: Bettermode's Zendesk app has recently introduced a new feature that enhances its functionality by enabling users to filter help articles based on categories.
