Jira integration makes it a hassle-free experience to create new tickets directly from community posts.

Similar to Salesforce integration's 'Create Case', this integration adds a 'Create ticket' feature to community content. It allows you to create epics, tasks, add summaries and descriptions - all in an easy-to-use modal.

Here's how it works:

  1. Identify the community post that needs to be converted into a Jira ticket.

  2. Click on the ellipsis link (three dots) and click on 'Create ticket'.

  3. A modal opens up. Here, fill in the details such as the issue type, summary, description, and the project it's associated with.

  4. Create the issue.

Once the ticket is created, you can either copy the link or directly open the epic/task from the notification.
