How to make the most of your Tribe Campfire Community experience.

General Guidelines

Take initiative to search for a topic/question before creating a new post.
Provide screenshots, links, and other supporting media to enrich your posts.
Add emoji reactions/comments to a post to express your feeling toward the content.

Asking a question

Locate the right Space for your post.
Clearly state the Tribe Platform feature/topic you're referencing.
Clearly raise the question and/or confusion you seeking support with.
Tag your post with relevant tags.

Starting discussions

Locate the right Space for your post.
Clearly indicate the topic of discussion.
Reference similar discussions and/or resources.
Share your experience.

Providing feature requests

Post in the Tribe Product Feedback Space.
Clearly describe the feature.
Include a supporting business use case.
Provide examples.

Reporting Bugs

All bugs relating to your community can be submitted from your community via Help & Community > Chat with us. This will connect you directly to the Tribe Support Team.

Please review the Tribe Campfire Rules below. Violation of the Tribe Campfire Rules may result in a warning or account removal. We recognize that every situation is unique and as issues arise, we will do our best to treat every member fairly.

Be Kind and Respectful. Tribe Campfire Community celebrates all views and perspectives. Healthy debate is encouraged, but kindness is required.
No Promotions or Spam. Self-promotion, spam, and irrelevant links are not allowed. If the content is shared, please add context about why it's relevant to the Tribe Campfire Community and its members.
No Bullying or Hate Speech. Personal attacks are not tolerated, including degrading comments about race, religion, politics, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity. Members engaging in this type of behavior will be removed.
Publish Quality Posts. Tribe Campfire Community posts are required to have a clear topic, inquiry, and legible grammar. You’ll get a friendly warning for low-quality posts. Members will be asked to clarify their posts before answering by a Tribe Team member. Review the Campfire Guidelines above for help.
No Illegal Activities. Sharing copyrighted material, unauthorized downloads, warez (pirated software), etc. are prohibited.
No NSFW material. Inappropriate language, gore, and content above PG-13 are not tolerated. Members promoting this content within their engagements and/or profiles will be removed.
Spreading misleading content/information. Only honest news and authentic content are permitted in the Campfire Community.
