Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to your subscription with Bettermode Inc. under our Terms of Service.
Note: The following policy applies to Starter subscriptions only. Contact our billing team if you're subscribed to Growth or Premium plans.
Refund Eligibility
You're eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation within the timeframes below, measured from your subscription start date or billing cycle start date:
Monthly Subscriptions: Within 3 days
Annual Subscriptions: Within 30 days
These eligibility criteria also apply to in-app purchases, including add-ons, apps, integrations, and additional usage (resources).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Bettermode within the eligible timeframe using one of these methods:

Include your account details and the reason for your refund request.
Refund Processing
We process refunds as soon as possible after receiving your request. We will credit the refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
What Happens After Termination
Once your refund is processed and your subscription is terminated:
Your plan: Your site downgrades to the Free plan immediately.
Apps or add-ons: These items become unavailable. If you've exceeded add-on usage limits, canceling certain add-ons may cause your site to become unpublished.
All rights granted to you under the Subscription Agreement cease upon termination.
