Over a year ago, we introduced New SSO Providers: Auth0, Okta, Wordpress. As an extension to that, we are currently working on the addition of SAML as a new Single Sign-On (SSO) option to Bettermode. SAML is a widely-used industry standard that allows users to securely access multiple applications with a single set of login credentials.
With SAML, admins and moderators (users with staff seat) can access the community and easily log into our community software tool using their existing corporate or organization login credentials, saving time and streamlining the login process. This new SSO option will provide our users with enhanced security and convenience, and make it even easier for them to participate in our online community.
