Using the Embed functionality, admins can easily use Posts and Spaces in the site and render them right on their website, app, or any other online environment that supports embedding. This allows your members to interact with the posts and spaces right through your website or app.
❗Note: All users who have access to the Posts and Spaces in your site can use the Embed option.
How to embed a Post
Click on the Share button at the bottom of the post > click Embed > Make the necessary changes to the Embed and Copy the embed link > Paste the link in an external environment.
❗Note: Users can only see the embedded post only if they are logged in to the siteand they have access to the post in a private Space or Site.
How to embed a Space:
Access the Administration by clicking on your profile picture on the top-right navbar.
Select the Content section > Click on the Spaces tab > Find the Space to embed > Click on the [...] > Click Share > Click Embed.
Make the necessary changes to the Embed and Copy the embed link > Paste the link in an external environment for embed.
❗Note: If the Space is Private or belongs to a Private Site, users can see the embedded Space only if they are logged in and have access to the Space.
