Organize Spaces under a Collection
With a site full of different Spaces, it can be helpful to categorize them within folders. Collections allow you to group Spaces into one place, making it easier to organize and manage them in the left sidebar. Only Admins can create and manage Collections.
Change the order of Spaces in a Collection
You can organize the listing order of Spaces within each Collection. The order you set here appears in both the left sidebar and on the Collection Page.
- Log in with your admin account, navigate to the top header, click your profile image, and select Administration.
- In the left sidebar, select Design Studio > Spaces tab.
- Find the Collection you want to organize, click the [...] menu next to its name, and select Organize.
- Drag and drop Spaces to adjust their order within the Collection.
- Click Save.
Move a Space to another Collection
You can reassign a Space from its current Collection to a different one at any time.
- Log in with your admin account, navigate to the top header, click your profile image, and select Administration.
- In the left sidebar, select Content > Spaces tab.
- Find and select the Space you want to move.
- Click the [...] menu and select Settings.
- In the left-side menu of the Space settings page, select Settings.
- Scroll down to the Collection field and select a new Collection from the dropdown list.
- Click Update.
